Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across our facilities. This role requires a strong background in cleaning supervision, proficiency in computer systems, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage daily cleaning schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal availability without waste.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory levels.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all cleaning operations.
• Client Relations: Act as a liaison between the cleaning team and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems is considered an advantage.
• Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory for travel between sites.
• Local Hire (KSA): Must be a local hire with a transferable Iqama.
