Position Overview

Our subsidiary, SOOR, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Delivery, Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The IT Delivery, Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

• Project Execution Support: Assist in the delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to streamline implementation activities and ensure project success.
• Project Tracking & Oversight: Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to proactively identify and address potential challenges, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present project status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability to stakeholders at all levels.
• Meeting Participation & Follow-Up: Actively engage in project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up to drive progress and accountability.
• Risk & Issue Management: Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Testing & Deployment Support: Assist in coordinating testing, deployment, and transition activities to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions into existing systems.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or a comparable role, with a proven track record of supporting IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational & Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless collaboration and reporting.
