Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our corporate team based in Al Khobar. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of our operations by conducting comprehensive internal audit engagements across our medical and operational departments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and robust risk management frameworks. Your responsibilities will encompass the collection and analysis of audit data, the evaluation of internal controls, and the preparation of precise and insightful audit reports. A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging advanced Excel and Power BI to enhance data analysis capabilities, enabling the delivery of actionable audit findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Conduct thorough internal audit engagements across various departments, including medical and operational units, to assess compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze audit data with a high degree of accuracy, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas of concern to inform audit conclusions.
• Internal Controls Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, recommending improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational performance.
• Report Preparation: Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive audit reports that highlight findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management review and implementation.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI to streamline data analysis processes, enabling deeper insights and more efficient audit execution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, address audit findings, and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Certification: SOCPA certification is a mandatory requirement. Additional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CICA (Certified Internal Controls Auditor) will be highly advantageous.
• Nationality: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record in the hospital or healthcare sector being essential.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis, risk assessment, and audit reporting.
