Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Organization Planning to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in planning and optimizing the organizational structure and resources within the marketing department, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with Qiddiya's overall business objectives.

• Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure, aligning roles and responsibilities with strategic goals.
• Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize marketing team performance.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Monitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
• Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks.
• Support change management initiatives within the marketing organization related to structural or process changes.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing organizational design and planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable.
