Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies tailored to the KSA and UAE markets. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, offering substantial opportunities for professional growth within a global organization. Your responsibilities will span digital marketing, social media management, partnership development, and performance optimization, all while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Design, implement, and oversee region-specific marketing campaigns that align with Synapse Funding’s business objectives, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion.
• Digital & Social Media Leadership: Manage all company social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement to foster a strong online presence and brand loyalty.
• Paid & Organic Marketing Initiatives: Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and other performance-driven tactics.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and key players in the KSA and UAE markets to enhance regional market penetration and credibility.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance through advanced analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated with broader business goals and trader support programs.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and reinforce Synapse Funding’s brand messaging across all communication channels, ensuring a unified and professional image in all regional markets.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the prop trading industry.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a high-growth industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot).
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the United Kingdom, United States, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, for business-related purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field within the financial services or trading industry.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, content management systems (CMS), or performance marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with regional market dynamics in the KSA and UAE, including cultural nuances and business etiquette.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).

Travel Requirements

This is a fully remote position; however, occasional business travel to the United Kingdom, United States, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, may be required. All travel-related expenses, including flights, accommodation, and meals, will be fully covered by the company, ensuring a seamless and supported travel experience.
