Senior Cargo Account Executive - Dammam

Join our dynamic Cargo Sales team in Dammam, KSA as a Senior Cargo Account Executive, where you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s key freight forwarder accounts. Your strategic approach will drive maximum revenue and profitability, while ensuring minimum cost of sale. This role involves developing account plans, contributing to sales strategy, and representing QR Cargo at industry events.

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with top local and global freight forwarders and shippers.
• Prepare account development plans to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term mutual benefits.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of QR Cargo sales strategy to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.
• Review sales data to drive revenue and identify tactical opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives within your area of responsibility.
• Provide regular market intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
• Represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotions, and sales functions.
• Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department.

To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in Cargo airline sales. Experience in negotiating and a good understanding of Cargo Systems are essential. Fluency in English is required.
