Lead Strategic Supplier Engagement in Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030

Qiddiya Investment Company, a driving force behind Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, is seeking an experienced Director - Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to oversee and enhance supplier relationships within the critical transport domain. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class projects and ensuring efficient, resilient supply chain management.

The Director - SRM is responsible for positioning QIC as a preferred client, establishing a structured SRM framework, and driving long-term value across a 30BN+ SAR procurement pipeline. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a formal SRM framework
• Leading proactive market engagement initiatives
• Collaborating with central procurement to ensure alignment and transparency
• Establishing and managing supplier performance scorecards
• Identifying and managing strategic supply chain risks
• Providing market intelligence for sourcing strategies
• Supporting dispute avoidance through structured engagement
• Developing executive dashboards for performance visibility

Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant discipline, along with 15+ years of experience in SRM, commercial leadership, or major procurement environments. Strong strategic engagement, executive communication, performance management, and risk mitigation skills are essential.
