Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the rail, transportation, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering results within budget and on schedule.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset to navigate complex project challenges.
