Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Hitachi, based in Dammam. Key Responsibilities
The Associate Project Manager will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners to facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, ensuring projects remain on track and deliver expected outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2, with hands-on experience using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
