EHS Manager

EHS Manager - Huntsman, Dammam

The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs for our Dammam facility. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, Huntsman's global EHS standards, and best industry practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing EHS strategies and programs.
• Conducting regular EHS audits and inspections.
• Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions.
• Providing EHS training and awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business operations.
• Monitoring and reporting EHS performance metrics.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and industry best practices is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
