Your Role as a Junior Site Engineer

As a Junior Site Engineer or Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our construction sites. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to project specifications. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to maintaining project momentum, upholding quality standards, and fostering seamless coordination among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Technical Execution: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to drive cohesive project delivery.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, maintain accurate site records, and report on progress to senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges and site-related issues to minimize disruptions.
• Material and Planning Support: Contribute to material control, planning, and reporting activities to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency.
• HSE Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria to join our team:

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision. Fresh graduates with a passion for the industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD is considered a valuable asset.
