Ecolab, a global leader in brand protection programs, is seeking a highly motivated Brand Protection Advisor - II to join the EcoSure division. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by delivering best-in-class on-site visits, coaching, and training to help clients maintain the highest standards in guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with top brands in the hospitality industry, including foodservice, hotels, convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care, ensuring their operations align with brand expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive On-Site Visits: Perform detailed brand protection assessments at client locations, utilizing consulting, coaching, and training methodologies to address unique program requirements and safeguard brand integrity.
• Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: Develop and present clear, concise summaries of findings to key property-level executives, accurately communicating objective assessments, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to resolve client challenges, ensuring seamless integration of brand protection strategies and operational excellence.
• Manage Workload Efficiently: Complete a budgeted number of visits each week while delivering an exceptional client experience, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and tablets for streamlined planning and execution.
• Support Growth Initiatives: Contribute to the strategic growth of both Ecolab and its clients by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable solutions.

Position Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with current technology, including Android and Apple systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Travel & Mobility: A valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and a valid passport for domestic and international travel.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, inspect client playgrounds by climbing and crawling, and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
• Work Schedule: Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required to meet business needs.
• Environmental Exposure: Willingness to interact with and potentially consume food made from or with animal products and top allergens.
