Senior FP&A Analyst - Strategic Partner for Growth

The Senior FP&A Analyst will serve as a critical partner to leadership, driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for our fast-growing, project-driven technology company. This role is instrumental in owning the budgeting cycle, constructing robust financial models, and translating complex data into actionable insights that shape our investment, pricing, and scaling strategies.

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, collaborating with business unit and project leads across all sectors.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, project profitability, cash flow, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and executive commentary for the CFO and leadership team.
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, forecasting, reporting automation, and scenario modeling, championing their adoption across the finance function.
• Conduct project-level cost analysis and margin tracking across a portfolio of major industrial and technology projects.
• Support business development with pricing analysis, bid financial modeling, and scenario and sensitivity analysis for new contracts and strategic alliances.
• Drive working capital analysis, including receivables, project billing milestones, and cash forecasting.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and investment cases, including ROI and payback analysis.
• Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reporting, supporting month-end close review.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, automation, and tooling, reflecting our culture of innovation and agility.
• Mentor junior finance team members and champion best practices in financial analysis.

We seek a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and more than 5 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in project-based businesses. Strong familiarity with the Saudi market, AI-savvy, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP and BI tools are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to present financial insights clearly to senior, non-finance stakeholders and be fluent in English, with Arabic being a strong advantage. Experience across the wider GCC market is a plus.
