The IT Systems Engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping our legacy by ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and optimized for high performance. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring business continuity, and upholding information security.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Infrastructure & Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, manage virtualization platforms, monitor server performance, and manage storage systems.
• Active Directory Administration: Administer Active Directory Domain Services, manage user accounts, and configure Group Policy Objects.
• Microsoft 365 & Email Administration: Manage our Microsoft 365 environment, administer Exchange Online, and manage Microsoft licensing.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Administration: Manage user identities, configure Conditional Access policies, and implement Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administer IAM solutions, implement Role-Based Access Control, and enforce the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM): Administer PAM solutions, protect privileged credentials, and monitor privileged account activities.
• Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Intune, manage Mobile Device Management, and deploy security policies.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage enterprise backup solutions, maintain Disaster Recovery plans, and ensure data protection.
• Certificate & Internal Services Administration: Manage SSL/TLS certificates and administer Public Key Infrastructure.
