Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to fulfill a range of critical academic and administrative duties, including:

• Delivering high-impact, contemporary lectures in your designated Business sub-specialty, with English as the medium of instruction.
• Ensuring that course materials, teaching methodologies, and learning outcomes adhere to national (NCAAA) and international business school accreditation standards, fostering an environment of academic rigor and compliance.
• Conducting rigorous quantitative or qualitative research and disseminating findings through publication in esteemed academic business journals, thereby advancing the institution’s research profile and contributing to the global body of knowledge.
• Mentoring students with a focus on academic progression, career readiness, and the cultivation of modern business leadership practices, preparing them to excel in dynamic professional landscapes.
• Actively participating in the strategic growth and administrative functions of the Business department, including committee work, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives that enhance the quality of education and research.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A PhD in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, or a closely related business discipline is required.
• University Ranking Criteria: Applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings), ensuring alignment with the institution’s high academic standards.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is essential to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and stakeholders in an international academic setting.
