Your Role as an Instrumentation Engineering Trainee
As an Instrumentation Engineering Trainee at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering services that align with our stringent standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Excellence: Provide engineering services that meet Worley’s, customer’s, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborative Contributions: Participate in studies, analyses, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Design and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports to support project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with engineering teams and project stakeholders, including customers, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Problem-Solving: Identify issues and challenges, develop practical solutions, and seek guidance when necessary to overcome obstacles.
- Technical Development: Enhance your technical and practical engineering skills, with a focus on instrumentation and control systems.
- Software Proficiency: Develop skills in engineering-specific software and gain familiarity with tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: A recognized and relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification that will enable you to pursue professional engineering registration.
