Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Design Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Core responsibilities include:

• Sales Execution: Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in the real estate and interior design sectors.
• Client Engagement: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalized consultations, and exceptional after-sales service.
• Design Consultation: Providing expert advice on interior design principles, including space planning, color schemes, material selection, and furniture arrangement, to align with client preferences and project requirements.
• Product Presentation: Showcasing Norfex’s portfolio of products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and suitability for their projects.
• Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in real estate or interior design sectors.
• Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to close deals and address client concerns effectively.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
• Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior design fundamentals, including spatial design, ergonomics, and aesthetic principles. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts.
