As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to uphold the hotel’s cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Requests and Service: Addressing and fulfilling guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.
• Cleaning Operations: Performing thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain a pristine and inviting environment.
• Cart and Supply Management: Restocking and organizing cleaning carts with supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Adhering to company guidelines and standards to guarantee consistency in cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the hotel.
• Physical Demands: Engaging in active and varied physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as moving and arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation that supports the hotel’s overall guest experience.
