Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and compliant with local and international accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify payments, and manage receivables to optimize cash flow and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, to provide stakeholders with clear insights into the company’s financial health.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including VAT, Zakat, and other regulatory requirements, while staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop and monitor budgets, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• System & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the finance department and other business units, providing clear and concise financial information to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software, spreadsheets (Excel), and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with Saudi tax regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
