The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our operations team, responsible for:

• Participating in and mentoring wellsite operations
• Maintaining and handling field equipment
• Installing and dismantling equipment
• Contributing to operation planning and estimating
• Conducting training and performance evaluations for junior team members
• Leading on-site maintenance
• Acquiring knowledge and experience for career advancement
• Completing relevant job paperwork
• Reporting near misses, accidents, and mechanical failures
• Scheduling and leading safety reviews
• Conducting post-job meetings with clients
• Recommending performance and quality improvements
• Acting as a technology ambassador with external parties
• Complying with company quality standards

Qualifications:

• Vocational Degree, University Degree, or associate degree in Engineering, Geological discipline, Mechanics, Electronics, or alike
• Fluency in English
• Completion of Oil and Gas Industry Basics, WCS FE Basic course, QHSE training, and relevant external local training
• Exposure to Well Design and Planning, Reservoir Engineering, and complex Well Completion Operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of two stage cementing application
• Strong skills in cementing, machinery installation, troubleshooting, mentoring, and health, safety, and environmental awareness
