Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer, X-Plant

Location: Airbus S.A.S, Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for the X-Plant product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Conduct process capability studies and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in an aerospace or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and welding.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
