Senior Team Leader – Kids’ Activity Outlet (KSA Outlet)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader to oversee the operations of our vibrant Kids’ Activity Outlet in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving the outlet’s growth in alignment with our company’s creative and innovative vision. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of activity coordinators, instructors, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high operational standards. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture that encourages professional growth and accountability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless and efficient outlet management. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and child-friendly atmosphere. Monitor feedback and implement improvements to elevate the customer experience.
• Program and Activity Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to design, develop, and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with educational and developmental goals. Ensure activities are delivered in a structured, safe, and enjoyable manner.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and child protection policies. Conduct regular risk assessments, staff training, and emergency preparedness drills to maintain a secure environment for children and employees alike.
• Financial and Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and track revenue to ensure financial sustainability. Analyze outlet performance and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community partners to support outlet operations and enhance program offerings. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in child development and activity-based learning. Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep the outlet competitive and engaging.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., in leadership or childcare management) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a childcare, educational, or activity-based environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in the GCC region is advantageous.
• Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a valuable asset.
• Child-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a deep understanding of their developmental needs and safety requirements. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach are essential.
• Operational and Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to balance creativity with practicality in outlet management.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
