We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Accountant to join the dynamic Finance Team at Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals who are not only proficient in numbers but also bring a proactive mindset, a commitment to accuracy, and a dedication to fostering team success. As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of critical financial tasks, including:

• Financial Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions with precision and accuracy to ensure the integrity of our financial records.
• Journal Entries and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Bank and Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections, to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports as requested by management, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain organized accounting files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, addressing inquiries and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready.
• Collaboration and Task Management: Work closely with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to support the broader objectives of the Finance Team and the hotel.
