Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a primary emphasis on the Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Management (RCM) modules. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration and Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Management (RCM) modules to ensure seamless HR and talent acquisition processes.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, manage user support tickets, and ensure the integrity of HR data across the platform.
• Workflow and Report Development: Design, build, and maintain workflows, business rules, and custom reports to enhance HR and recruiting workflows, aligning them with organizational objectives.
• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with HR teams to understand their requirements and provide training and guidance on system functionalities to maximize user adoption and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central and Recruitment Management modules.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR and recruiting workflows, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient system operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
