Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Financial Strategy & Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a robust financial strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and profitability.
• Revenue & Profitability Optimization: Drive improvements in revenue streams, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency to enhance overall business performance.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting to provide accurate and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Industry-Specific Metrics & Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators within the fitness industry, including membership revenue, customer retention, facility utilization, payroll efficiency, and club profitability.
• Commercial Collaboration: Partner with operational and commercial teams to refine pricing strategies, optimize cost management, and enhance business performance across all facets of the organization.
• Financial Governance & Compliance: Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and cash management practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Expansion & Investment Strategy: Lead financial planning and investment analysis for the development of Sporti’s second location, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external advisors to support financial operations and growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a finance leader who brings:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or in a senior finance leadership role.
• Industry-Specific Expertise: Mandatory experience within the fitness, health club, wellness, or hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of membership-based business models.
• Commercial Finance Acumen: Strong grasp of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to drive business performance.
• Expansion & Growth Experience: Prior experience supporting business expansion, investment planning, or multi-site growth initiatives.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Professional Credentials: A recognized finance qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
