Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Lead Financial Strategy for a Growing Fitness Brand

Sporti & Sayedat, a dynamic and rapidly expanding fitness brand based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a visionary and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following core responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a robust financial strategy that aligns with the company’s expansion goals, ensuring long-term profitability and scalability.
• Revenue & Profitability Optimization: Drive improvements in revenue streams, profitability, cash flow management, and operational efficiency to enhance overall business performance.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting to provide accurate and actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Industry-Specific Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators within the fitness industry, including membership revenue, customer retention, facility utilization, payroll efficiency, and club profitability to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to refine pricing strategies, enhance cost management, and improve overall business performance.
• Financial Governance & Compliance: Strengthen financial controls, ensure adherence to governance standards, and maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations, including Saudi Arabian financial laws.
• Expansion & Investment Planning: Lead financial planning and investment analysis for the development of Sporti & Sayedat’s second location, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and financial objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external advisors to support financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or in a senior finance leadership role within a relevant industry.
• Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the fitness, health club, wellness, or hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of membership-based business models and commercial finance.
• Strategic Expansion Support: Proven track record in supporting business expansion, investment planning, or multi-site growth initiatives.
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in financial governance.
• Professional Qualifications: A recognized professional finance qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
