Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Digital Trainee at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across our projects and business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Implementation and Adoption: Assist in the deployment and integration of digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
• Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze project and operational data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancement, contributing to streamlined workflows and improved productivity.
• Solution Development and Maintenance: Support the creation, testing, and upkeep of digital solutions, including dashboards and reports, to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Data Governance and Compliance: Assist in maintaining data quality, adhering to governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications and Skills
