Service Engineer - Foundation Construction Machinery

As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our foundation construction equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily machinery maintenance, encompassing routine upkeep of rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machinery, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs.
• Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers, swiftly resolving equipment issues.
• Conducting regular customer visits, performing equipment inspections, and managing the acceptance and maintenance of newly delivered equipment.
• Ensuring timely availability of spare parts, executing parts sales plans, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Analyzing and diagnosing mechanical and technical problems, performing repairs, and replacing faulty components.
• Supporting the implementation of product upgrades, technical modifications, and improvement programs.
• Submitting accurate service reports on time and coordinating with engineering and sales teams in China.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical service or service management experience, with a preference for experience in the foundation construction machinery industry.
• Proficiency in English or Arabic as a working language.
• A valid Saudi Arabia driver’s license.
