You will lead a diverse, multi-functional team, cultivate critical relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and regulatory authorities, and play a transformative role in shaping the future trajectory of one of the Middle East’s premier training and workforce development enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership and Growth: Develop and execute a robust business strategy that aligns with corporate objectives while capitalizing on emerging market opportunities to drive sustained, profitable growth across the Kingdom.
• P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the Saudi Arabia P&L, ensuring financial performance targets are met through disciplined cost management, revenue optimization, and strategic investment decisions.
• Stakeholder and Government Relations: Build and nurture high-value relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, industry partners, and regulatory authorities to enhance market positioning and secure long-term business opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, service delivery standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across all training center operations to ensure exceptional client outcomes and industry-leading performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Support and advance Saudization and localization initiatives to align with national workforce development goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify and leverage opportunities to strengthen market leadership, expand into new industrial sectors, and diversify the business portfolio to capture emerging demand in the Saudi market.

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the training, learning, workforce development, or adjacent sectors, with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial success.
• Commercial Acumen: A strong track record of delivering profitable growth, managing P&L performance, and executing strategic business initiatives in competitive markets.
• Leadership and Operational Excellence: Exceptional financial, operational, and strategic leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and achieve operational KPIs.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including regulatory frameworks, accreditation requirements, commercial dynamics, and workforce development priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, government officials, and corporate clients.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic considered a significant advantage for navigating local business and regulatory landscapes.
