Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their evolving needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and security professionals, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and recommendations to align cybersecurity solutions with both business objectives and rigorous security requirements, ensuring optimal protection and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams, including engineers, architects, and support staff, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of customer satisfaction goals.
• Compliance and Governance: Support and drive compliance initiatives, ensuring that all cybersecurity measures and solutions adhere to the latest NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements, thereby mitigating risks and enhancing organizational resilience.
• Solution Advocacy: Champion the adoption of advanced cybersecurity solutions and best practices, positioning our offerings as the preferred choice for clients seeking robust protection and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong preference for roles that involve customer-facing or technical account management responsibilities.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of and practical experience implementing NCA ECC-2:2024 controls and requirements, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer), or Splunk Architect are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Communication and Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and influence decision-making processes.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Geographical Requirement: Must be based in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to ensure proximity to clients and the ability to support on-site engagements as needed.
