Creative Copywriter

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Copywriter to join our team and drive our residential project campaigns to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for developing persuasive and engaging copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, and sales materials. Your work will also extend to crafting compelling website content, landing pages, project descriptions, and property listings.

You will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles by producing scripts for promotional videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content. Additionally, you will draft press releases, newsletters, customer communications, and corporate announcements to ensure our brand voice is consistently represented across all channels.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Your research skills will be put to good use as you stay up-to-date with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor messaging to produce relevant and impactful content.

Supporting project launches by creating compelling storytelling and campaign messaging will be a significant part of your role. When required, you will also assist in developing employer branding and internal communication content. Consistency is crucial, and you will ensure our messaging adapts to different target audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all communication channels.

This role requires strong project management skills, as you will be managing multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role. Experience within the real estate, property development, construction, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
