• Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Manage fuel consumption and monitor vehicle usage to optimize costs.
• Oversee vehicle assignments and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and new vehicle acquisitions.
• Monitor and maintain fleet compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain fleet-related reports and records.
