Key Responsibilities

The Senior Supervisor (Go to Market) will play a critical role in shaping and executing PepsiCo’s market strategies to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and sales performance across the Dammam region. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Market Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with PepsiCo’s business objectives, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to maximize revenue and market share.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of supervisors and field representatives to drive operational excellence, adherence to sales targets, and compliance with company standards.
• Sales & Distribution Oversight: Monitor and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, while collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to address any bottlenecks.
• Retail Execution Excellence: Partner with key retail partners to enhance in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities, ensuring PepsiCo brands achieve maximum shelf presence and consumer engagement.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) and external partners (e.g., distributors, retailers) to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and retail operations.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Local Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape in Dammam and surrounding regions.
