Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales process and enhancing operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include:

• Order Management: Process and track customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual agreements. Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on order status, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain professional relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can inform strategic decision-making.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project milestones. Generate regular reports on sales performance, order status, and key metrics to support management in evaluating progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate the resolution of technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the sales or implementation process.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales-related activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify that orders meet quality benchmarks and customer specifications before final approval.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or experience in sales operations will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within the lighting, construction, or industrial sectors. Prior experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Knowledge of lighting design or technical specifications is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic setting. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Personal Attributes: A customer-centric mindset, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture. Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed to support client engagements or project meetings.
