Project Engineer - CCTV Sewer Inspection Project

The Project Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of the CCTV Sewer Inspection Project. This role involves coordinating and managing all technical aspects, while adhering to contract requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations. The Project Engineer serves as a bridge between field teams, client representatives, and subcontractors.

• Responsibilities:
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, reports, and work plans.
• Monitor project schedule and productivity.
• Support quantity tracking and progress reporting.
• Assist in inspections and technical meetings.
• Resolve technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

• Roles:
• Coordinate daily engineering activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Support planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients and arrange inspection plans, liaising with field teams.
• Monitor work progress and quality.

• Authorities:
• Review and recommend approval of technical documents.
• Coordinate engineering activities with project teams.
• Raise technical queries and recommend corrective actions.
• Stop and report unsafe or non-compliant engineering activities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Skills: Fluent English communication, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation. Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is preferred. Valid Saudi driving license preferred due to regular travel across project sites.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sewer networks, CCTV inspection, infrastructure, or utility projects. Experience with NWC or similar utility projects is preferred. Good knowledge of project documentation, Method Statements, and technical reporting. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
