Key Responsibilities
As a Pipeline Engineering Trainee at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pipeline engineering services that align with Worley’s standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Execution: Contribute to the delivery of pipeline engineering services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Technical Contributions: Participate in studies, analyses, and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend strategic actions, and support informed decision-making.
- Design and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams, project stakeholders, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or challenges, develop practical solutions, and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure project success.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Practical Experience: Prior experience through vacation employment, internships, or co-op programs in an engineering environment is highly desirable.
