Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ACES Specialist, Ultra Fast to join our dynamic team at Afaq Q Tech General Trading in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the success of our Amazon Now ACES operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing and Fulfillment: Accurately process and fulfill customer orders through the Amazon Now ACES platform, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon’s standards before dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock availability for ultra-fast order fulfillment.
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all operations comply with Amazon’s policies, local regulations, and company protocols, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced operational environment, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of order management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with Amazon’s ACES platform is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve operational performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict quality standards.
• Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational demands of the Amazon Now ACES service.

Work Environment

This position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and operate in a temperature-controlled facility. Candidates should be prepared to work in a team-oriented setting with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
