Role Overview

The Head of Accounting at PayLink is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general ledger activities, supervising month-end and year-end closing processes, and guaranteeing the timely and precise preparation of financial statements. This role extends to leading financial reporting initiatives, maintaining strict compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinating audits with both external and internal stakeholders. The Head of Accounting will also be instrumental in developing and implementing robust accounting policies and procedures, monitoring cash flow and budgeting processes, and providing insightful financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role encompasses managing and mentoring the accounting team, enhancing systems and internal controls, and fostering close collaboration with finance and operations to uphold strong financial governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee the entire accounting function, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end closing processes, and the preparation of accurate financial statements.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory, and professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
