Rentokil Initial, a global leader in pest control and hygiene services, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate databases.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to customers when appropriate.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal. Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
