Role Overview

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance - Enterprise Performance Management Manager to join our team in Dammam. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies that align with Accenture’s long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Lead the design and execution of performance management frameworks to monitor and enhance financial health.
• EPM Process Optimization: Spearhead the enhancement of Enterprise Performance Management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to gather insights, align financial goals, and deliver actionable recommendations. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency and accountability across all levels of the organization.
• Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge financial technologies, such as advanced analytics, AI, and cloud-based EPM solutions, to streamline operations and provide real-time financial insights. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of financial innovation.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Provide guidance on career development and succession planning to build a resilient and agile finance function.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Prior experience in Enterprise Performance Management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or corporate finance is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in financial software and EPM tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar platforms). Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools are required. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Communication and Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven leadership experience in driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
