QST FM, a leading provider of data centre services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Centre Site Manager for our state-of-the-art facility in Dammam. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our data centre, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

• Oversee the facility's physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Manage a team of data centre technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and meet their data centre needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve data centre efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
