Room Attendant - Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

The Room Attendant is a vital role within our Housekeeping & Laundry department, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. This position involves cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring all amenities are in proper working order, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Clean assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to our hotel's established standards, including:
• Making beds
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Replenishing guest room and bath supplies
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report to the Supervisor
• Provide turn-down service, including bed turn-down, supply replenishment, and bathroom cleaning
• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Document relevant information on assignment sheets and report special attention guests or unusual situations
• Keep informed about hotel products and services to assist guests
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs
