Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiative Development: Design, develop, and execute strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analysis of the Saudi automotive market, identifying high-potential growth opportunities, and supporting business expansion efforts.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO to drive high-impact strategic projects, monitor business performance, and ensure the successful execution of key company objectives and milestones.
• Business Modeling & Commercial Strategy: Develop robust business models, pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and executive presentations to facilitate informed decision-making and accelerate business growth.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare executive dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights and comprehensive reports for management, board members, and investors.
• Market Intelligence Leadership: Lead market intelligence activities by analyzing competitor landscapes, customer behavior patterns, and emerging industry trends to enhance the company’s competitive positioning and market share.
• New Business Development: Support the launch and expansion of new business initiatives by optimizing go-to-market strategies and evaluating innovative revenue opportunities within the automotive ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, or commercial planning, with a strong focus on the Saudi automotive industry.
• Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in business analytics, KPI reporting, and market research methodologies.
• Language & Communication: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English, complemented by outstanding communication and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability & Execution: Proven experience in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to manage strategic initiatives and drive execution with precision and agility.
