We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join our team at Middle East Executive in Dammam. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in recruiting top talent by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews to identify suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions, documentation, and integration into company culture. Additionally, manage offboarding procedures with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, update, and enforce company policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Mediate conflicts and provide guidance to resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance Management Assistance: Support the HR Manager in performance appraisal processes, including tracking employee progress, gathering feedback, and documenting performance metrics to inform career development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files, contracts, and legal documentation. Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and company confidentiality standards.
  • Training & Development Coordination: Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a valuable asset.
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and labor laws, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
