Senior I&C Engineer

Hitachi Rail, a global leader in rail technology, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior I&C Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems for our state-of-the-art rail projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

• You will provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest I&C technologies and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our systems and processes.
• You will collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components and services.
• You will participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that our I&C systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in I&C engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the rail industry. You will also need excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
