Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with JASARA’s long-term objectives, ensuring the successful execution of mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
• Commercial Operations: Oversee all commercial activities, including bid management, contract negotiations, and client engagement, to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Business Development: Spearhead initiatives to expand JASARA’s project portfolio and enhance market presence, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team to optimize performance, drive accountability, and achieve strategic goals.
• Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that enhance JASARA’s competitive edge.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record in mixed-use developments or closely related sectors.
• Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and business development within the construction and real estate industries.
• Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performing commercial teams and driving organizational success.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Middle East construction and development landscape, with a focus on Saudi Arabia’s regulatory and market dynamics.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with the capacity to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
• Compliance: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements is advantageous.
