Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring optimal performance across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web components.
• Build reusable, modular front-end components to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness, adhering to industry best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility, delivering exceptional user experiences.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive and high-quality solutions.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-up meetings to align on project goals and progress.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly and professionally, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
• Assist in integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs to ensure seamless functionality.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to established development standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues efficiently, utilizing browser developer tools and testing methodologies.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes, including unit testing and performance optimization.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to enhance technical skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve development workflows, user experience, and overall project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in front-end development or web development, including internships, freelance projects, or academic work.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and modern front-end development practices.
• Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a focus on writing efficient and maintainable code.
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to streamline development and ensure design consistency.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for data integration and communication with back-end services.
• Proficiency in using browser developer tools for debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
