Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Assist in designing and implementing strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Culture Development: Support initiatives aimed at cultivating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. Contribute to the development of policies, practices, and communication strategies that reinforce Chalhoub Group’s values and mission.
• Talent Management: Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires. Assist in identifying training and development opportunities to support employee growth and career progression.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the collection and analysis of employee feedback and performance metrics. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of People Experience initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR professionals, department heads, and senior leadership to align People Experience strategies with business objectives. Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and workplace culture. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational agility.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in HR, whether through internships, academic projects, or volunteer work, is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for fostering positive workplace environments, and a keen interest in developing expertise in People Experience & Culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) are considered assets.
