Business Unit Lead Controller - Siemens Energy, Dammam KSA

Your Role as Business Unit Lead Controller

As our Business Unit Lead Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial transparency and driving operational improvements across our light manufacturing operations, labor-based analysis, and capital expenditures. You will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple business units and countries, providing insightful KPI analysis, overseeing budget planning, and driving data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to controlling standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare comprehensive performance reports and forecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day financial analysis and operational budget reviews.
• Manage month-end activities, including data compilation and general ledger review.
• Lead the automation of financial processes and build reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with distribution center management to enhance business improvements and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in management.
• Strong cost accounting experience with labor and overhead rate calculations.
• Proficient in SAP FICO and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record in financial analysis to support fact-based decision-making.
