Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager (Road Machinery), you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and expanding SANY’s market presence in the road construction industry. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Sales Leadership: Promote and sell SANY’s high-quality road machinery portfolio, including road rollers, motor graders, asphalt pavers, milling machines, and asphalt plants, to contractors, project owners, consultants, and key customers across Saudi Arabia.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with industry stakeholders, including contractors, government entities, and private sector clients, to foster trust and drive repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Set and exceed ambitious sales targets while contributing to the expansion of SANY’s market share in the competitive road construction sector.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify emerging business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the superior performance and reliability of SANY machinery, ensuring clients make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary experience:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales roles within the road machinery or heavy equipment sector, with a strong focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
• Industry Network: A well-established customer network within the construction and road infrastructure industry, enabling you to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-Motivation & Travel Readiness: A self-driven attitude with the capacity to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule to meet clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is considered a valuable asset and will enhance your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
